For the purpose of this disclaimer:

"Cloud 9 Care", "we", or "us" means products related to bedding;
and sheets related to offering support for patients
“you” means you as (representative of) a purchaser, user, viewer,
or inquirer relating to

Cloud 9 Care Offerings.

Intended Uses Cloud 9 Care is intended for bedding, sleeping,
and sheets, particularly for individuals and patients who are
bedbound.

Unintended Uses Cloud 9 Care Offerings are not intended by
Cloud 9 Care to be used for any other purpose. They are not to be
used for harming, twisting, ripping, jumping, or any purpose
other than sleeping or for bed use.

By purchasing, using, and/or inquiring about Cloud 9 Care
Offerings, you specifically acknowledge and agree that the Cloud 9
Care Offerings are not intended and are not fit:

i. for any diagnosis, prediction, prognosis, or monitoring of
disease. For the avoidance of doubt, this also includes any
unintended use as an aid in treatment, aid in diagnosis, triage, or
identification of signs of a disease or condition, or guide
diagnostics or treatment interventions, inform of options for
treating, diagnosing, preventing, or mitigating a disease or
condition, or provide any form of clinical information, for
individual patients;

ii. for any investigation or analysis of a physiological or
pathological process or state of a patient. For the avoidance of
doubt, this also includes any unintended use as a tool for any
support, recommendation, interpretation, advice, counseling,
explanation, guidance, supplement, replacement, or aid in making
medical decisions on diagnosis, treatments, or patient follow-up
in any way;

iii. for any other form of individual medical care or medical care
services (therapeutic, preventive, or otherwise); and
You acknowledge, agree, and confirm that at no time shall Cloud 9
Care Offerings be used by you for any of the above unintended
uses.

Exclusion of Liability Cloud 9 Care bears no responsibility for any
unintended use of

Cloud 9 Care Offerings by you or any other person, such as
healthcare provided to a patient.

Accordingly, you acknowledge that Cloud 9 Care does not bear the
liability of a healthcare provider, medical service provider, or
wholesaler or broker of medical devices or drugs. You
acknowledge that the professional duty to the patient in providing
healthcare services lies solely with the healthcare professional
and/or healthcare institution providing patient care services, and
that Cloud 9 Care or Cloud 9 Care Offerings do not replace or
substitute them and do not in any way enter into any other
healthcare relationship with patients.
